Velocert has been appointed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology as a technical service for vehicle type approval. With designation E37 and full-scope competency for M, N and O categories, the team can now carry out the tests and assessments that manufacturers need to place their vehicles on the market in Türkiye and the European Union.
The appointment covers whole-vehicle approval under Regulation (EU) 2018/858 and approval of L-category vehicles under Regulation (EU) 168/2013, together with component, multi-stage, series modification and individual approvals.

A technical service plans and witnesses the tests required by each applicable regulation, prepares the technical reports and supports the manufacturer through the approval authority's review.
