Velocert is a technical service appointed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology, providing type approval, homologation and testing services for Türkiye and European markets.

Velocert provides end-to-end vehicle type approval and homologation services to OEMs, body builders, trailer and component manufacturers. Designated E37 by the Ministry of Industry and Technology (STB), we hold full-scope competency for M, N and O category vehicles.
Our services cover European and multi-stage type approval, component type approval under UN ECE regulations, series modification and individual approvals, and testing beyond the homologation scope. Training on these regulations will follow through Velocert Academy.
