Overview
UN Regulation No 61 lays down uniform provisions for the approval of commercial vehicles with regard to their external projections forward of the cab's rear panel.

Scope
It applies to the external projections of goods vehicles of categories N1, N2 and N3, limited to the defined external surface. It does not apply to exterior rear-view mirrors and their supports, or to accessories such as aerials and luggage racks.
